Fushion Cash Check
« on: November 13, 2019, 11:25:45 am »
I always enjoyed participating in the reviews and surveys on this site.  However, when I cashed out I waited for my check and I had moved during the process.  Long story short, I never received my check.  All of that time and effort I put into this site and did not receive anything for it.  Very disappointed!!  It took me about five months to get the points that I cashed out.

Did you submit a forwarding address to the Post Office?

I did send a forwarding address card to the post office.  I did get the rest of my mail at my new address.

What is a support ticket?

You can try to go to your local post office for help. IF the check was sent to your old address, the person currently living there should've marked it as moved and the mailman should've collected it and taken it back to the post office. The person living at your old address is not allowed to open your mail and is certainly not allowed to take, or cash in, your check. So your check should either be at the post office, or worse case scenario, returned to FC.

Go to Help and from there you can open a support ticket. Maybe your check was returned to FC.

When was the check sent and when did you move?

Paula, did you ever get your check?   Did you put in a support ticket?   Maybe FC can cancel your old check and send you a new one.  Better yet, I suggest PayPal or Direct Deposit.

That is your own fault. Not the fault of Fusion Cash. If you had filled out a change of address form the check would have followed you. OR use PayPal and it is instant and you do not have to do anything.

Submitting a support ticket would not do anything.  It is not Fusion Cash's fault this person cashed out and then moved to an undisclosed address. smh

Most people would probably just throw it away.  I had someone receiving mail at the first house I bought for 2 years after I bought it.  I just started throwing it in the trash.  I was told well he said this is his address.  Uh okay!

I know that you would probably never get caught, but throwing away mail that is not addressed to you is a Federal Offense.
