That was such a nice and thoughtful gift.  My sister-in-law didn't care for hers but I saw tons of responses on facebook to her post saying people liked theirs a lot. Same with Instapot so you just have to see for yourself.

I been wanting to get one of those. I have been using oil to deep fry my stuff but the air fryer is supposed to be more healthy for you to use. Let us know how you like using it :)

Of course it is more healthy. It does not use the oil.  I know people who cook everything you could think of in them.

We have had one for several years. We don't use it regularly, but we do use it. Mostly for french fries and tater tots... They are much more healthy than it an oil deep fryer. We haven't branched out to a lot of the other recipes, but we may in the future.

That sounds like a really good gift. I will keep that in mind for next Christmas when it becomes time to buy gifts again.

I don't have one, but would like to try one.  have heard good and bad about them. I suppose it depends on the kind you get.

We got one for Christmas.  Today was the first time out of the box.  It is a Ninja Foodie so it is big enough for a family of four.  It is rectangular instead of the round style and it flips up out of the way when it's not in use.  I look forward to quick easy meals.  The recipe book included has some good looking items to try.

I don't have one.  My brother makes 5 pounds of potatoes a week in his and love it.   That's a lot of spuds.  My sister just purchased one also so I want to see what she prepares.

I was given one by my son last year for Christmas. First I tried pork chops and followed the directions to a "T". Dried out. Then I tried wings. They were fantastic. Hubby went out and bought about 9 containers of wings (a dozen in each and all different flavors) 'cuz he loves them and said they were fantastic in the air fryer. Moist and tender.  I also tried burgers but they were dried, too. French fries were good. I have no counter space (only 2 feet on either side of the cooktop) so mine sits in its box on the floor until I want to use it and some days I'm too weak to even pick it up to put it on the counter.  Six months ago, I bought an Instant Pot. That, too, sits on the floor in its box because I keep forgetting to wash it prior to using it...I'm also a little afraid that I'll do something and it will blow its top.

We have one and it is great.  You can cook fries and they are not greasy.  I cook my grandson's corn dogs and he loves them.  I have also cooked mozzarella sticks in it.
