Finally deciding to remove Jason Garrett as coach.....thoughts about that??

The media has always made such an ordeal of these coaching changes in Dallas (I know why because I'm of the Tom Landry era).  Of course, everyone knew Garrett's contract had not been renewed at season end.  Now a date of expiry was made known so we can keep fanning the flames -- is he a part of the organization or not, ousted as coach or not, meeting management on Thur. or not, let go in a gentlemanly way or with embarrassment, etc., etc.  It's been 10 years; amazing how time flies.  Ultimately, Jason Garrett did not produce the desired results as the media flashes his coaching career before our eyes.

I  don't know  why jerry jones was waiting so long. Of course now jason garrett can go to any of the other teams that fired a coach

Here is the latest on Jason Garrett.  While he has not been "officially" fired (contract expires on Jan. 14), the head office of Jones & Jones is now "interviewing."  Former Cincinnati Bengals head coach (Marvin Lewis) has a meeting today, joining GB Packers coach Mike McCarthy in discussions in Dallas.  Not sure why someone with Lewis' record of 7 playoff appearances without winning a single one would be appealing unless Jerry sees a way to improve on that record.
