It's really hard to digest. I'm still stunned by the news.

RIP to Kobe's daughter but not Kobe. He will now receive his judgement.  Kobe's escape from justice involving the 2003 rape of a hotel employee sticks in my memory and his statement was horrific: When asked about bruises on the accuser's neck, Bryant admitted to "strangling" her during the encounter, stating that he held her "from the back" "around her neck", that strangling during sex was his "thing" and that he had a pattern of strangling a different sex partner (not his wife) during their recurring sexual encounters. When asked how hard he was holding onto her neck, Bryant stated, "My hands are strong. I don't know." He may have helped thousands of people out but this does not compensate the wrecking of one young woman's life. I am somewhat surprised that this has not surfaced from the #metoo movement.

Crash was within 15 minutes from me.

The helicopter carrying Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, left Santa Ana in Orange County shortly after 9am

Come on. That was in the past. Nobody's perfect. You don't want to glorify his death. That's not kind at all, you didn't know personally. When anyone dies, they will receive judgement for every wrong doing. Don't be so insensitive. God bless you.

My prayers go out to all the other families too, who aren't getting as much recognition.

i saw this news during the probowl and i was in complete shock. if i didnt hear the news from a live airing sporting event from people i trusted i would have never believed it. its still so hard to fathom. its puts into consideration and reality our actual mortality and how you have to live laugh and love all you can everyday because tomorrow is never promised. we miss you Kobe

Its sad to lose a family member. I feel for Kobe's family . Now his remaining daughters have to grow up without a father and they shouldn't have to. Life can be really unfair to good people. The NBA teams did a nice tribute to kobe on the day of and day after finding out about his death. One team let the clock expire 8 seconds in the back court to honor him while the other let the shot clock run out for 24 seconds to take the penalty. If your wondering what I'm refering to. First half of Kobes career he wore the number 8 & the second half he wore number 24

Ya, I heard it was really freaky because a couple years ago, a Psychic posted on the internet that Kobe will dye in a helicopter accident. The Psychic was right with the prediction but predicted the wrong victim! RIP to the daughter!
