Peanuts Labs is missing

Well Update:

It is showing and it does have surveys to click but...None go thru all say "problem connecting"  !
I updated my profile but it did no good still not working here, works on other sites though.

Not for me. I earned enough to do the PTC but unfortunately they don't count.
