have to admit I look at the local news to see how many in northern ca are infected. my son who is a janitor at a school district is off for paid vaca  for 3 weeks. he brought home some t.p. so all is good. he can now also mow the lawn and well that's the most important.He doesn't want to get take out good for him a little chubby.

Now is definitely a time for people to consume less & perhaps some of us will become a little less chubby... one good thing maybe?

Yes. My husbands brother lives in San Fransisco and they are currently on lock down. I feel like that is whats next here where I live.

Toilet paper is something I never run out of. Everytime Winn Dixie has a sale on it I go in and purchase the maximum quantity and it always lasts until the next sale(nothing to do with the coronavirus). They had the sale last month before all this started and I stocked up so I will have enough for 3-4 months.

My family has some connections so TP isn't a problem where I'm at but it is funny how TP is the one thing that goes out of shelves so fast.

I already work from home so I am already on lockdown most of the time anyways. I have enough toilet paper good for about a month or two for my family. My dad works outside of the home and is still working, but has reduced hours. He works as a chef at Amgen, which probably cannot completely close down since they are probably working on a vaccine for the Coronavirus or something of that sort.

Folks here are hoarding the TP in Georgia. Kids are doing school from home until March 31. My husband is working at home as well.

Las Vegas went dark today.  No hotels or casinos are open.  They kicked guests out.  We are not allowed to gamble period.  All stores that have machines have closed the machines.  they want to give americans money but no where to spend it.  How is that suppose to stimulate economy?  I guess the idiot in White House has not thought that far ahead.  But what else is new. People will stop paying mortgages, rent, utilities knowing they will not be shut off.  How does that help economy?

I think the toilet paper rage is dying down.  In two grocery stores, I saw plenty of it on the shelves. No hand sanitizer though.
