I have an iPad mini and am fine with the size.

I don't like how after so long you can no longer update the software. That size is fine and makes it easier to stuff in a bag and take with you.

I need another tablet myself. I have a Amazon Fire 7 inch and it's time to get another one. I paid $50 for it and have had it for a couple of years. I find my storage running out a lot. The bigger screen tablets cost too much like IPAD, Samsung etc. I have a game that I ve been playin that has been  crashing and I have to fix this.

I have an Amazon fire.  I like it because it was not expensive and it can fit in my purse comfortably.  The one I have does not automatically connect to the internet, so that is the down side.

I just got my third Samsung tablet, I read on them all the time. I just started watching you tube on the oldest one.  They hold up pretty good.  I usually read and can run the battery done on them.

I think I will probably just wait a bit and get a iPad. That is the best.

Have you looked at refurbished ones? I was always wary of refurbs, but I got my last iphone that way and it's been fine.

No.  I also have been leery of that. I guess if you bought from Apple. I know others do that all the time and they are great.

I have my ASUS detachable netbook but I wouldn't recommend it because how frustrating the keyboard dock has become.  >:(

I'm fine with my iPad.

That is what I want.  As someone suggested I may look in to a refurbished one.  I wish you could know what was wrong with it.  I know once somebody returned a laptop because it "would not come on" and it was something stupid like he did not have the battery hooked up right.  SO somebody got a GOOD deal on a "used" laptop.
