It had dwindled down to slim pickings for me anyway, so it saves more time than it was worth to check.

Whhhaaatt???!! OK that's just so not cool!!! That leaves us with very little to choose from to get our minimum 5 cents, let alone a little extra every day. I use tasks when Tap is down or for whatever reasons I can't find a way to make money elsewhere here, but I guess that's out the window now.  This really worries me about the future of FC

I just sent Appen a little piece of my mind ( I can't afford to send more ) about their choice to leave FC. Change is not always good, when it was run by Crowdflower (before Figure it was the best! I sure hope FC finds something bigger and better to replace it

Makes some people mad when it is stated but I would not be surprised to any day log on to the site and see a message that it is closing. The owner seems to have lost interest. There have not been any new offers since I joined about 8 years ago. There have been a lot of things that have went away. I use to really like the Paid to Call.  Those were easy and paid at least $2 each.  Depending on where you lived you had more to choose from. The only thing I did not like was they said you will not receive a call back and that was a lie because I had one aggravate the snot out of me calling me back trying to make a sell.

lol I doubt they care. I am sure they have a good reason for leaving FC. Did you ever think that there are issues on the other side of FC as well? Maybe the companies behind the surveys and behind the offers are also having issues with FC. If that is the case nobody is going to tell you.  Everybody is in it to make money. If they are not making money or are losing they will move on to something else. I am not even sure what aspen tasks are. So it does not effect me that they are not available.

countrygirl12...appen tasks used to be crowdflower, then figure8 tasks..under the earn cash tab you'll see tasks tab..that is where it was..now you just get the error message..hope that helps

I signed up for tasks relatively recently, but I would always forget to check in anyway. I guess my routine here is pretty set without tasks. I will continue to be fine without them.

I never did try a "Paid-to-call". I didn't want to take the chance that they'd do like what you got, constant calling back.

Yeah, I remember about 6 years ago, they had quite a few "mobile phone only" tasks, I loved doing them. But that was back when it was run by Crowdflower. I loved doing the business card tasks too, but those have been gone for quite some time too

Used to love doing crowdflower tasks when it was that. But since the name changes it went down hill. You had to litterally scrape to get anywhere with the others. Seriously some used to make 50-100 on that each month just by doing those when I first started this site
