Our Congress in action. Pelosi and Schumer wouldn't budge on any deal. They want what they want. It's a shame they don't want to compromise because of their hate for Trump, so they throw the American people under the bus. So over the weekend, Trump had signed EOs to try to help with a $300-$400 UC, defer the payroll tax cut, evictions and student loans until the end of the year, but Dems were screaming how it was unconstitutional on the UC $$, which is true unless you read the EO. He's extending the UC with a limit of $400. He's not "making new money" as the Dems state. The House bills has a lot of crap in it that has nothing to do with COVID. They just wanted to sneak their favorite garbage in that they didn't get during the HEROS Act. It's sad that Pelosi et al House only cares about spending as much money as they can without regard to the future with the new $3 trillion vs. $1 trillion that the Senate want.

After reading this post I have to wonder why everyone is badmouthing the President when clearly he's the only one paying money where and when it is needed, not the Democrats!

They don't need to throw everyone out, just Nancy Pelosi and do it in grand style to make an example of her. Maybe the rest would shape up or ship out on their own.

I don't know much believe me. Have heard the dems want 3 trillion and the republicans want 1 trillion  no compromise from either side. I know Trump signed for some money but will take 3 weeks or more  to get to people.

"Why" is hardly a mystery. It is because the propaganda machine (much like the Democratic held political offices) is staffed by a bunch of lying bastards hell bent on smearing Trump while it is their own petulant asshats who are the real source of the discord.

The working class people that the Democrats so desperately want to help have lost thousands of dollars of aid over the past few weeks that the Republicans and Trump have offered to provide without debate, simply because those same lying Democrats want all the non-COVID related bail funds for their special interest groups which have no rational basis for being included in the same stimulus package. If and when a new deal is finally worked out, no doubt it will be portrayed as Democrat saviors getting it done - never mind the thousands of useful [lost] dollars that could already be in the hands of those who need it but for the pig headed people like Nancy Pelosi - who despite what they preach, do not have the interests of the common man at heart.

I would love to see Nancy Pelosi ride out on a rail. It's a shame that sort of public humiliation never happens anymore. No one has ever been more deserving of such an exit from "public service" (if you can even call her time in office any type of service other than personal).

I would rather she be tar and feathered before being rode out on a rail. We should make Schumer go along for the ride, too.  Let's make it a party and add Waters, Green, Schiffty, Nadler, AOC, Omar, Pressley, and a couple more whose name I can't recall right now.

I definitely would love to see Pelosi gone. I wonder who paid her off to act like she does where bills are concerned. Ever since the squad was elected, Pelosi has "protected" them. Whatever happened to the House and Senate Ethics Committees? The Dems in Congress are breaking ethic rules every day they spew their hate. What aren't they being investigated or censured by the committees?

Get rid of Trump first and foremost. He's an absolute disgrace and total idiot. Then for all you Repubs, Pelosi can go, that's fine by me. But you will never. ever convince me that Trump deserves 4 more years. He didn't even deserve the 1st 4.

Why do the people who hate Trump just call him names? Do any of these people have any real reason to hate him? It would be nice to see if they could name one, just ONE, example of why he's an idiot, or a disgrace, or why he does not deserve four more years in office or how they would better off under Democrat rule.

And you're right about being convinced. It's impossible to reason with fools who only want to malign and condemn innocent people.  :-X

They're furious with Trump because he won the election in 2016. It was all set up for Hillary to win. Polls always had her winning and the Dems figured she couldn't lose to someone who wasn't a politician, so it was a big shock when he did win. They've attacked him for 4 years. They won't stop and they're now so desperate they are grabbing at straws to try to eliminate him before the election.
