Once again I completed a survey and didn't get credit

I did 2 FC surveys which I was DQ'd and only got credit for 1 (a while 1 cent) but did complete a $.75 survey. Of course, I didn't get credit for that survey either. If things don't straighten out soon, I'll be done wasting my time. I said it before but was hoping things would change. It's bad enough we don't get credit for DQ'd FC surveys but the owner/owners won't even answer their support tickets.

I am curious as to what is going on with that. But then I wonder what was your support ticket about?  There was someone not long ago said a friend of hers as a question about something about the site and got a answer in less than 2 days. It seems the only tickets not being answered are the ones where people are having problems or complaining.  If I were the moderator I would put a disclaimer if things were not working and it was beyond my control. Just so people know what is going on.  I actually am admin on a website and I have done that.  So if something is not working visitors know why or at least that I am working on it.

aw i'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes it doesn't post right away, so I would give it a few minutes or even a day. I hope it gets sorted out!

It is very frustrating not getting credited for surveys you completed and finished.   That has been happening to me more lately.   Also not getting the bonus $.

Loop surveys didn't credit me for a completed survey and joining their site.    Doubt I'll do anything there since they don't seem to even pay a measley 30 cents!   lolololol

Here we go again. Decided to give it one last chance. Did my email for $.02, DQ'd from 1 FC survey $.01 which took me up to $18.02.  So I decided to try one more survey. Qualified for another $.75 survey  (first one in 16 days). Shows in my account as approved. So did PTC finally. My total should be I should have a total of $18.92. Credited for $18.17. So even though the $.75 was approved in my account, I didn't get it in my Balance. I'm really tired of this. Made a whole 6 cents last week and don't care to waste any more time. Peanut Labs still has the same 3 surveys that I was DQ'd 2 weeks ago.

I am having that problem today on FC.

It is going on 8:30 pm and I still have not been able to complete my 5 cents for tomorrow.

I did a PL survey, completed, submitted and got a message that I was not a match after finishing the survey and submitting.

I have attempted other PL and FC surveys today with no luck.

UPDATE: I finally completed a survey and got credit. It was a survey that was about 25 minutes long and I got 20 cents. Usually I would not try a survey that pays so low and is so long but I had the free time.

I, too completed two surveys on PL and did not receive the credit.  Got the 500 error page, cannot connect to PL!  I submitted a ticket to PL yesterday, but have to wait 24 hrs for the one today!

I completed a survey that I should have gotten credit for completing, but said I was disqualified.  Then, I got another survey that said I would be paid.  I did get paid right away, which surprised me.  I guess I will find out if that last survey really did pay immediately.

The same thing happened to me yesterday.I did an entire survey about cat flea medicine and it said I completed and would recieve my reward and then got a DQ from FC. Very frustrating.
