Anyone have one of those meal subscription boxes?

Do you like it?  I've thought about it.  I want to see if I save time and money.  I know some of them are expensive.

I have personally tried Hello Fresh and love their subscription boxes. You can get a good deal initially and it's super easy to customize the amount and portion of what you want. I have found it especially helpful as it encourages my kids to try cooking as all of the ingredients are prepared and recipes are simple to follow.

My neighbor has tried Sun Basket which he enjoys as well. Ingredients are fresh and quality is high.

I tried Hello Fresh a while back. It wasn't bad. Maybe I just suck at following instructions or I just can't cook for s**t because after I made the chicken breast, I felt sick that following night.

Yes I have. I liked the frozen blocks that came with the foods. I got on the chicken and salmon loop I couldn't get anything else so I stopped. If I can't go to the store I will try another one. it was okay.

No, I do not subscribe to meal boxes. I think that they are too expensive.

My nephew uses one and loves it.  His wife has been having some health problems, so with these he can get home from work and make them a healthy meal quickly without having to run out for any ingredients.  His Mom and I try to get him meals a couple of times a week too and take care of the grocery store runs for him.

I live alone so I don't a meal subscription box would work for me unless it was one that caters to singles.  I don't want to sign up for one and it only provides food for more than one person.  That would be a waste.  My daughter tried one when I lived at her house before I got my apartment.  The meals we tried were good and easy to prepare.

the only one i considered was hello fresh. i only cook for myself  so it never really made sense for me.
My best friend get blue apron for her and her husband. She really likes that one.

I haven't .... I hear about and receive emails about them all the time but they don't seem worth it to me...
