what's in trend now?
« on: June 25, 2022, 07:59:31 am »
Hello! I have been thinking for a long time, but now I would like to get a new haircut. For all my life I have been with long hair (a bit lower than the breast), but now I want to cut them off. What do you think about it? Do you know what's now in trend? Thanks for any advice and ideas!

I think if you really want to get a short haircut, it is a good idea. And if you won't like it, hair will grow with time. About what's now in trend, i am not sure, maybe ask a hairdresser or check online whats in trend now. I usually just making a ponytail))

Once I have cut my hair much shorter than I usually do in support of my friend. She got not nice haircut and was crying, so I decided to do it. So what I can say. To cut short - doesn't mean to become a bald girl) I have done something middle. Before visiting a hairdresser I checked medium length hairstyles, and one of them I have found at https://glaminati.com/medium-length-hairstyles-long-thick-hair/ . At least I tried something new and in the summers I usually cut my hair like before I did. Then all year I only cut the dry ends. So let's do it!)

If you do get a good cut,  it will faster to do than your long hair.  Except when you just pull up into a ponytail.  It will also be cooler.  I'm going in next Friday for a haircut, I always get it a little shorter in the summer.

I always look at trends in absolutely everything. Need to pay attention to haircuts. I want to say that do your hair, starting from your desires and feelings.

I don't know what the trend is now, but I had long hair and finally got tired of it because my hair is thick and wavy.  Now I have it cut to shoulder length so I can pull it up in a pony tail if I want or leave it down.

go with a buzcutt or amry due. I just got one for the summer. believe me it pays off. less sweat and ya feel cool. easier to get up and go to work without worrying about hair.

I cut my own hair, but it is layered and about shoulder length. It has long layers since I have naturally wavy hair. My husband isn't attracted to women with really short hair, so I respectfully keep mine shoulder length. Plus I don't really want mine short anyway.

My suggestion is to just do chin length and cut it straight. Easy to take care of and cool for summer. I've got the same dilemma. I've been growing out for over two years now since I didn't want to wear a mask to get a haircut. My hair is almost to my waist. It's a pain to take care of sometimes. It will feel better and lighter and be easier to care for after a cut. Hooray.

I'm not a big fan of trends.  :confused1: Just do what you like on yourself unless you find a trend that appeals to you.

Well, what did you decide on or are you still considering?   It will be fun to have a new hairdo, and you can always say it is your summer do and let it grow to a different length and restyle.

It all depends on why you are getting a shorter hair cut?  In the past, I would have my cut every summer.  The idea of not having to decide how I wanted my hair to look was ideal.
