As long as no one is shoving it in your face, they should be allowed to do what they want.

I think that christians, true christians the ones that strive after God's heart and try to do what he says should be called something other than christians, like so many other things in life a few people have ruined it for everyone. Many christians do look down on people of other religions, but that makes them not christians at all, thats not what God would want and not what Jesus taught we should love everyone regardless of religion, race, social class, and any other lines that devide. We may not agree with what other religions teach or believe in them but that gives us no right to judge, love the sinner hate the sin and accept everyone regardless of what they have done or are still doing, after all if you point out someones flaws then they're liable to point out yours and we all strugle and make mistakes so they would find many to point out. Love and accept everyone, look down on no one. God Bless, hope you all have a wonderful week.

There is no assortment of religions, there is only one truth, there wasn't 7 different creators, 7 different gods, there is only one God, the one who created us. religion was created for diversity to throw everyone off truth, bet you can't guess who is behind that.

According to your post, it's you. And every other boxed-in hypocritical human who thinks they have the truth.

Lets take for example a life-drawing class where each student represents a different religion. One persons viewpoint of the model will differ from someone else who's sitting on the opposite side of the model. Everyone will have different drawing. But some students believe their drawing is better than everyone elses and so they stand up, brag, criticize, and put down other peoples drawings. Christianity is a prime example of this student.

I waited to reply until I found this excerpt. I read it when my classes started and loved it. It goes along with this topic and my thoughts on judging people by religion or anything else for that matter. It is a little long, but it makes a very good point. I would not want to live in a world where everyone is the same. It would be incredibly boring! This is from Please Understand Me II: Temperament, Character, Intelligence by David Keirsey

Different Drummers
If you do not want what I want, please try not to tell me that my want is wrong.
Or if my beliefs are different from yours, at least pause before you set out to correct them.
Or if my emotion seems less or more intense than yours, given the same circumstances, try not to ask me to feel other than I do.
Or if I act, or fail to act, in a manner of your design for action, please let me be.
I do not, for the moment at least, ask you to understand me. That will come only when you are willing to give up trying to change me into a copy of you.
If you will allow me any of my own wants, or emotions, or beliefs, or actions, then you open yourself to the possibility taht some day these ways of mine might not seem so wrong, an might finally appear as right--for me. To put up with me is the first step to understanding me.
Not that you embrace my ways as right for you, but that you are no longer irritated or disappointed with me for my seeming waywardness. And one day, perhaps, in trying to understand me, you might come to prize my differences, and, far from seeking to change me, might preserve and even cherish those differences.
I may be your spouse, your parent, your offspring, you friend, your colleague. But whatever our relation, this I know: You and I are fundamentally different and both of us have to march to our own drummer.

No way.  Every one should believe what they feel is right.  In the end who know what is really the truth.  It is not our place to judge other tho, that is the only thing that I am truely sure of.
