Hey everyone! So last weekend I had my front door lock replaced after losing the keys at a friend’s barbecue. The locksmith was super professional and even helped me check if my door frame was still solid. The only issue — he sent me all the warranty papers, photos of the lock, and a few short video clips of how to reset it… all in a RAR file. I had no idea how to open it on my Mac and had to borrow my neighbor’s Windows laptop just to see what was inside. I’m curious — how do you guys handle these kinds of compressed files on Mac? And also, any recommendations for trustworthy locksmiths in Kingston who can send docs in a more Mac-friendly way next time?
