Offers / Re: Admin I was just wondering.............

Madd4Money,

Unfortunately, there is no way for those offers to be removed from the offer page if you haven't yet been credited for them. You can write them down somewhere, or as you said, use the "Mark" feature. However, you should rest assured that those "stagnant" offers are not preventing you from seeing any new offers -- when we add any new offers, you will see them!

Rafael3206,

Unfortunately, any issues you have with an advertiser must be taken up with that advertiser, as your account with them is private. We have no access or ability to act on behalf of any advertiser. There is simply nothing we can do for your situation.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We strongly suggest reading the offer terms very closely in the future before signing up.

As for getting credit for that offer, unfortunately, the advertisers do not allow us to request manual credit for offers which pay out less than $7.  There is simply nothing we can do to obtain credit for your completion. We're very sorry for the failure to credit.

You can read more about the offer crediting process on the offer crediting FAQ:

Support / Re: why was i denied my refferal bonus?
« on: September 22, 2007, 06:50:34 am »Message ID: 3175
hackercrackermonkey,
One of your referral bonuses was denied because the referral was not unique and valid users as defined in the Terms of Service.  This means that they either entered false information, live out of the United States, or are otherwise ineligible accounts (such as being multiple accounts of one user).

You are correct. You may not complete an offer if you have ever completed that offer before.

There's nothing else you need to do once you have completed an offer -- the completion will automatically log in our system.  :)

Support / Re: Question about expiring offers
« on: September 13, 2007, 05:20:14 am »Message ID: 1981
I "un-expired" those two offers for you, and added them to your pending cashout. Any offer completions that are in your current cashout amount are "safe" and will not expire.

Manual credit requests can take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks to complete. I know it can be a frustrating process sometimes -- we truly appreciate your continued patience!

Support / Re: microsoft VISTA?

Probably not. If you are having problems with offer crediting, it usually is related to your browser, or the security settings on your computer. Windows Vista might have come with stricter security settings, but the platform itself shouldn't interfere with offer crediting.

Support / Re: How often can you/should you cash out?
« on: September 06, 2007, 12:58:18 pm »Message ID: 1484
You only need to cash out once every month. You can cash out whenever you would like -- just do it by the end of the month to ensure that your payment gets sent by the 20th of the subsequent month! If you cash out earlier in the month, but then earn more money and would like to add it to your existing cashout, you can cancel the existing cashout, then re-request to cash out. The new cashout will reflect your updated account balance. However, make sure you do this within the same month in order to retain your original payment date.

The email you received should state the reason for your denial, which is usually a violation of the Terms of Service. If you would like to contest the denial, please open a support ticket.

Support / Re: instant credit????
« on: September 04, 2007, 06:19:14 pm »Message ID: 1351
Some offers, occasionally even "Instant Offers", can take up to 7 days before they credit. This is due to delays in the automated tracking systems, or the advertiser's manual verification system. If you haven't received credit after 7 days from the time you completed the offer, you can request credit at your offer tracking page:
http://www.fusioncash.net/offerclicks.php

We sympathize with your frustration in failing to be credited -- we do not get paid unless you do!  Know that FusionCash uses every industry-standard technique for tracking offer completions - and that they occasionally fail due to reasons outside of our control.

If you'd like to learn more about the offer crediting process, you can read the crediting FAQ:

fabe5356,
You're right, you shouldn't get penalized for something you had no control over! Go ahead and cash out using Paypal (it should be working now), and then open a support ticket, and we will adjust your cashout so that you'll receive your payment by the 20th (so, as if you had been able to cash out in August). :)
