so one of our customers said she never gets overdraft fees and she said we give her 5 business days to put in the deposit. that is not true. it is 11pm eastern standard time/10pm central  8pm in california. not the next day.. not 5 days..it's that night!

so the joker stopped calling. good thing because the girls are so tired of him saying perverted jokes. he would would say what is the new game in washington. answer: swollow the leader. he would only talk to the girls. he would tell the guys that he had the wrong number and hang up.

so the jokester just started calling us this year(at least to my knowledge) and he always tells perverted jokes. i wonder if he's a lonely old man. but what i dont understand is, why call chase? cant u prank someone else? like, random numbers. we dont want to be bugged like that when we're trying to work or at all. you dirty old man.

the security questions have changed. we will asked about your auto loans, student loans, and the make and model of your car, or the year. why did they change? it makes it harder for fraudsters to get into accounts. your welcome.

i had a baby alive and puppy alive but somehow lost the puppy alive and lost the accessories to my baby alive. found the exact doll at a garage sale for like 75 cents with the bottle. i had to get it. i kept the bottle with my original doll and let my niece play with the one i got from the garage sale... which surprisingly was in better shape then mine.

i had a winner call my line today saying he was a senior citizen and chase is doing things all wrong and he's going to the feds about chase. he knows chase is under investigation and he's gonna start another investigation because we cant give out pin numbers over the phone or change them. he said if we dont go back to our old ways some people are gonna be fired and arrested. oh boy that guy made me laugh. what an idiot. he said this just because he cant get to a branch. we change things all the time to protect our customers, dude. if u dont like it, go somewhere else. we dont care.
