I've never heard of them. But if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Maybe not? Seems like some people had success!...FusionCash will always be my favorite though:)

I just read these rules for the first time in a whileee, and am very thankful for you posting them.

I hadn't been aware of some of the things being against the rules, since I've seen them happening on the forum  :sad1:

Since this topic is still pinned, I assume that this offer is still available even though I can't find it...or it's returning at some point?

Ah the offer is no longer available. :- I think this threads still going cuz everyone was bummed about it, and wishes that it will come back

this would be ideal.

Also, for those of you who are still married to firefox, i highly recommend trying google chrome. I myself was super-anti the switch for a while (hey, we all have attachment issues to some degree), but SO SO happy that i did. Chrome is the speediest browser I've ever used (out of Explorer, Safari, Opera, and Firefox)  :peace:

Just when everyone thinks it will never come back....we'll get surprised.  Crossing fingers.

i like the optimism. after all, i thought paid-to-click was going to suck forever a while ago (when they got rid of most of the categories) but then BAM they come back with a bunch. some that we never even had before.  :icon_rr:

Off-Topic / Re: Ever tried Making $$ off Your recyclables?
« on: March 21, 2013, 07:34:03 am »Message ID: 707769
You might be surprised at how easy it would be if you asked your cleaners if you could have the cans they would probably give them to you. When the city picks up recyclables they have the cans the glass and the plastic together and separate it when they take it to the center. If they say no, buy a large trash can and put a sign on it and say cans only and put in the hall where your dorm room is and get your fellow students support. I really think they will give them to you but don't jeopardize your education by taking them ask first. :angel11:

hehe thats a good point. I do live in an apartment, so dont have access to dorm recycling (that would have been so convenient), but maybe I can sort something out with the cleaning staff.

Feel like they might even appreciate me taking some of the work off their hands  :)

I have recycled some metal and a couple of old cars....that paid better than I expected.  A full garbage bag of cans is about $20.  Don't know about glass bottles....never tried that.  Anyone know what kind of glass is worth money?

I think it really depends on what city you live in. I know where I live only cans are accepted for cash but hey it's still something!

I'm not expecting to make a fortune off this, but after hearing all of your stories I think it's definitely something I'm gonna give a try, and hopefully keep doing for a few years! I'd feel a lot a better about my recycling attempts knowing stuff is ACTUALLY getting recycled, and any $$ would be a perk  ;D

its good to hear that the surveys aren't a complete fluke :P Maybe once I graduate college in a few months I'll qualify for more!

i feel like the education and marital status is what really holds people like me back
