As an amendment to my first post, I must admit that if we go to a new place, we always first search for a mom and pop restaurant. Being there are so many of those, I couldn't supply a single name. But those are truly my favorites.

I take Melatonin gummies if I can't sleep.

But I try not to worry about not sleeping before I go to bed, because if I do, it's the kiss of death for a good night's sleep.

Of course, make sure you're sleepy before you hit the sheets. Drink a warm milk, take a nice relaxing bath or read a boring book and/or make sure you've worn yourself out enough to be tired enough to sleep. Don't get in bed if you're totally not sleepy.

You can also pray for a good night's sleep if you're so inclined.

Well, it has had its bathroom issues and I disagree with that. But I like it as a store and it's the only place I can get refills on my carbonated water cannisters.

I have one brand I drink and it's not expensive and foo foo, and I brew it at home. However, I do like cream and sugar to disguise the taste, and I like the warm feeling of coffee in the morning.

So maybe I like the "idea" of coffee rather than the coffee itself. Anyway, it makes me feel grown-up.

Is anyone familiar with kohlrabi? It's hard to find in the store, but my girlfriend grows it in her garden and I love it. It's kind of a cross between a turnip and a radish and is very mild tasting but delicious.

I would call it my fav.
