i have been trying to get the issues with my accout resolved for more than 2 months, with only vague answers in my tickets, and only being able to vent in the forum. i would appreciate someone who cant actually do something looking at my accout. i have already faxed mt info and when you said it was o.k. i emailed my info then they said i couldn't do that. i would like to be paid before christmas

Again, I wish I could help you out -- but I am a team member that works outside of the office in California so I have no access to the fax machine or any faxes that come through.
