The time change is good when I get an extra hour of sleep. I do not like the time change when I lose the hour. I was not effected this time around lol no pun intended. I used to be effected when I was younger and my mom would forget to change my alarm for school lol.

The time change does messes or disrupts my sleep/life schedule.

1. The fall back brings my sleep cycle back to normal the extra sleep helps alot.
2. The spring forward puts my sleep/life schedule into total chaos.
3. I don't know if it effects my State or city. Mostly businesses, jobs, in the city does recognize it. The city has to run as scheduled.
It depends on each person depending which cycle they are in tuned with.
4. I don't know why we still do this time changes now in present time. Since it was developed due to the farming cycles in the past.  It should be out dated now a days. Unless you're a farmer. I would pitch for fall back time all the time!

The time change always messes with my schedule when we fall back I want to go to bed to early and get up to early it takes about a week for me to ajust to the fall back.  I live in Michigan were the time does change.  It is also hard in the fall back because you go to work in the dark and come home in the dark.

I got the teams right, but I don't think anyone was close to the blowout games that were provided from Green Bay and NY Giants.

My gosh what a day! I am very thankfull that I decided at 12:30 to start Eli Manning over Carson Palmer in my fantasy team. I got over 30 points from him yesterday. Honestly was pissed that they took him out, I could have won by a ton!

We do recognize it in west Texas. And I was so very grateful to get an extra hour of sleep, but man oh man was it hard getting up this morning! It usually takes me a week or so to adapt, but no worries I love waking up to sunshine instead of dark.
