I agree thou, stuff is expensive. I'll still get popcorn, drinks from them but I take in candy lol

The prices are pretty ridiculous, but the upside is that I don't eat as unhealthy at the theatres as I used to.  I do tend to sneak in a bottle of soda, though.

yes 17$ to see an imax 3d film plus 5$ a drink and 8$ nachos 12$ popcorn 4.25 candy adds up FAST ! and if you take a date or your family forget it your looking at 100-200$ for one movie

I prefer to wait for the movies to come to video and watch from the comfort of my couch..

We usually eat before going to see a movie so we're not as tempted to buy their expensive stuff but a lot of the time we watch DVD's at home & make our own snacks. The homemade snacks are better & usually healthier anyway.

I have forgoten these high prices, I live on a marine base and its only a dollar to get in and you get a free soda

Well.. Im glad that where I'm from- we still have a drive in.. SO even tho there is a snack station there- ( I get to take my own snacks )... Set the station in my vehicle and can hear LOUD n CLEAR.. dont have to worry about cell phones and rude people.. crying babies.. etc. So when I go out there its like 10 bucks on a weekend for my vehicle.. we can CRAM it if we want.. LOL they dont charge per person just by vehicle.. 5 bucks on weekdays.. and take a bunch of pizza and pop corn- assorted drinks.. a cooler filled with ice.. haha.. it beats the beach .. 2 great movies at a great price and dont spend that much.. ( now when going to a regular theatre ).. Just the movie.. we go out to eat before..   Im not spending ridiculous amounts of money on their snacks.. and really dont want to sneak stuff in.. Just enjoy a great movie..
