Yes, if they ask for it and it's part of the offer.  I try to stay away from those, however, simply because i don't feel $3.00 or whatever is worth the security of the money currently in my bank account.  But there are plenty of offers you can do without using your credit card.  Look under the daily tasks section for videos and surveys, and always do the daily offers.
