Yes I eat red meat.  It is good protein for you; however, I do not eat it everyday.  Usually once a week.

I eat red meat, but as an empty-nester, the Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice usually involve some type of chicken.

yes i eat two double cheeseburgers everyday. i am not a large disgusting obese person because i mix other things in my diet such as fruit and vegetables. exercising helps as well

I stopped eating red meat years ago to lower my cholesterol.  I have nothing against red meat, but now that I haven't eaten eat it for so long, the once or twice in those years I tried to eat a hamburger, it was extremely hard to digest.

I don't eat red meat. I haven't eaten any for 30 + years. It is hard to digest; I don't eat hamburgers or hot dogs either.

yes i do eat red meat, i love it, its a big family tradition, its all we eat, we dont live past 60 though but hey we die eating happy though, and not starved from eating healthy
