Do you get lots of headaches like me?

What kind of headache are you talking about?  ??? A bad day or just migraines from improper diet and digestion?

I have had migraines for almost 7 years now, at first it was only once a month for 3 days in a role but it tends to rotate itself now to over 3 times in a month.... really bad but i'm getting use to it now...i take it as part of my life now.

I have had migraine headaches for years now, my doctor told me that many things re able to trigger headaches from stress to allergic reactions, Imitrex did not work for me, Relpax did somewhat but also put me to sleep, there are many options for getting rid of headaches of any type but the best thing is to speak with your doctor about them!

I get occasional muscle tension or migraine headaches.  Once in a while I'll get a dehydration headache.  I found out years ago I have a straight neck (no natural curve) - actually when I first was treated it was curved, only forward, not back.  That was the main culprit of my headaches as it put a lot of pressure on the spine at the base of my neck.

I started going to a chiropractor and my neck alignment has improved and the daily headaches have gone away.

I'm a very active person, so I do pop my alignment out, so I go back for maintenance adjustments - when I get headaches now, I can usually tell if it's due to me popping something out or if it's just stress/tension.  But I've learned to manage with minimal medication.  I usually only take an Advil now only when I absolutely can't handle the pain on a bad flare up.  Otherwise I try relaxation techniques and cold compresses to try to kill the headache without medicine.

I suffered from really bad migraines that lasted all day at times since I was 13.  Last year found out they were siezure realted migraines after blacking out one morning in the shower.  I was out cold for about 15 - 20 minutes and after countless attempts to get them under control I was prescribed Nortriptyline along with Verapimil and they have improved.  Now I just get headaches here and there but nothing compared to 15 years of suffering.

Alot of times frequent head aches are caused by stress or a sickness but if these aren't a factor you should think about a sinus Xray!

Yes; migraines are able to be caused from stress, in fact stress is even able o make a person feel as if they are having a heart attack, I went through this a few years ago and ended up taking an ambulance ride to the ER only to find out after all tests and a night in the hospital that it was caused by "stress"

I get about a headache a day - everything is a trigger for me. But I've found drinking a LOT of water - like more than the standard 8 glasses, helps keep them at bay or at least not as painful. Drink a glass of water before bed to avoid having them when you wake up.
