CASHOUT PAGE NOT LOADING!

I tried to cashout about 15 times but the webpage is not loading.  I reached the $25 minimum with $18 in offers but it won't let me cashout.

I clicked cashout in my account and then when it brought me to the page to confirm I clicked "cashout now" button but it said internet explorer cannot open this webpage.  I have never encountered this problem before.  And I need to cashout today or I will lose some of my credits that expire.

A couple of thoughts:

Close your browser (IE) and try again. If that doesn't work.  Shut down your computer and restart.  Sometimes resetting the computer clears things up.

Try another browser (firefox).

Turn off your pop-up blocker and clear your cookies.

Send a Trouble Ticket to Support indicating what you have tried and ask them for help.  Perhaps they would be able to handle the cash out request for you directly if you can't get the page to open.

Just read a forum entry in the Fusion Cash section that said other people were having problems too.  Might have been a clitch in the system. 

Try it again.  Hopefully, it's working now.
