Yes, isn't that disgusting? I was floored when our neighbor asked my husband to give them the carcus to cook after he got them skinned.

On a regular basis, no. But I have had it on several occasions.

I had a foster kid that was fed road kill as a toddler because they were poor.  They ate coon. opossum, anything they could find.  That's all I can see when I think of eating those.  Grosses me out.
