headaches

what do you do with your headaches?
i have migraine right now on my right side of the head.

i need a hammer!nothing helps me!

I usually take a bath, and knock it out with a bit of hot tea and a dark bedroom, sleep calls me during those.

I just take ibuprofen or something like that.

            Take ibuprofen, listen to relaxing music (avoid all types of annoying noises), lower the temperature in your room and take plenty of water.

  I have a very hard time with headaches to nothing was working so i tried Excedrin Migraine extra strength i take 2 right before bed because i was wakeing up in the moring with extra bad headaches and that seemed to work and then 2 in the moring right before i strat my day it has help me alot with controlling the pain of the headaches i get. :-

I usually get drunk and forget about it... however, if I have to stay sober, then Zomig works quite well for a migraine.

I'm very prone to migraines. I also get them when I'm having my monthly packages.

put your thumbs right on the ridge of your eyebrow towards the center and rub there

i'm very pro-excedrin. lately, i've been taking
excedrin "sinus headache" which i never took
before (just excedrin migraine, or extra strength)
but the sinus one was the only CVS had in stock
the last time i went for it. so, out of necessity
i grabbed it and it actually works as good as
the others.

it's the only brand that can knock it out of me,
and quick! if it's a really bad migraine, i have
to lay down in the dark with a cold wash cloth
on my forehead.

The only things that worked for me with my migrains was extra strength tylenol, crackers & gingerale for the nausea, a dark quiet room, and sleep. Hope you feel better!

I get sinus headaches often and some times I don't even have to take anything to get rid of them, I just rinse my sinuses out. But when I do get a headache that can't be rid of by that I take tylenol and a pepsi. I used to take excedrin but stopped 'cause it kind of back fired on me. All the caffeine from the excedrin and pepsi really screwed my headaches up even more and pretty soon I was taking those almost everyday.
