I made a hugh pizza a couple weeks ago and took a couple slices out of the freezer this afternoon for tonight's dinner. I've been working hard today and don't feel like cooking. A perfect night for leftovers.

Well, we had cajun pork chops and rice and peas. Tomorrows menu is tacos with all the fixings! I usually try to make my menus about two weeks in advance, but they have to be flexible cause you never know what will come up!

Today's menu consists of fried turkey chops, macaroni and cheese  as well as brocolli. For dinner's beverages there will be poland spring water and fruit punch. I will also have corn muffins. So that's dinner and for desert there will be sweet potato pie. I love to cook and entertain and friends are always welcome.

very good question.  I have been asking myself that all morning.  I have so many appointments, etc today it will have to be put together quickly.  Hubby and I are on a diet so .... maybe I will stop and get a rotisserie chicken from sams and add some rice or roasted potatoes and green beans or asparagus.

how did you cook your asparagus? i love to cook but thats the one thing i have never been able to manage is asparagus, no matter what i do, boiling, steaming, oven roasting...it always comes out mushy for me

Try putting it in a frying pan with butter and lemon fresh asparagus should cook up in about 8 minutes

I'm thinking about doing something with chicken *bleep* but I'm not sure yet.  Definitely want to do something different than I usually do or how you usually see chicken *bleep* cooked.  Any ideas?
