Two ply bathroom tissues for sure.  One ply is too thin and tears apart easily.

One-ply is what retail businesses use to save money in mass-traffic restrooms.  It should never be used in your own home!

No preference - whatever's on sale.  It's not like I'll use it more than once.....lol.

I bought a large 12 package without realizing that it was 1-ply.  I clearly don't like it.  But, one roll seems to last forever.  That is just one roll - I wonder how long 12 rolls will last.  I iwll be more careful the next time I buy tp.

I like 1 ply tissue because my kids usuallu abuse the 2 ply and use extremely too much tissue.

I usually go 2ply. if I go 1ply then I end up using a lot to compensate for the missing ply  ;D

2ply no doubt. I really like charmin ultra strong. It is soft and does not tear when it counts

I'd have to go with 2-ply but having been in Europe in the 60's and again in the 70's, any toilet paper here is better than what they had there.  Probably, an old Sears catalog would be better!
