1-ply or 2-ply toilet paper?
« on: January 05, 2012, 10:59:14 am »
I have my favorite brand that I almost always buy.  It is a soft, 2-ply brand.  I must have had a very good coupon, as I ended up with a big package of 12 rolls of very thin, 1-ply paper.  It is like tissue paper.  Note to myself to never buy that brand again.

I will never willingly use one-ply. There are some things you just don't slack on. Toilet paper is one of them.

HA, i had a roommate who said the exact same thing!

personally, i don't have a preference. i can wad or fold up
enough 1-ply to make it feel like 2-ply, if need be, but that
usually only happens at work  :P  most brands are 2-ply
anyway, so we buy whatever's cheapest out of those choices.

Smart roomie.  ;)
I figured most people who use one-ply did the wad up thing, I know I do. But at the end of the day wouldn't using up so much and having to go restock put you around the same amount as just buying a decent two-ply?
