I live in a Mobile Home Park and neighbor's are close. ME and my women talk to those that talk to us.  I've been here eight years and he five so close neighbors have come and gone.

My neighbor on one side of me works where I do and we get along good. Not best friends or anything but we talk sometimes. I'm closer to the neighbors on the other side of me. The wife comes and visits and gives me breaks when I'm having a yard sale and the husband has helped me with a few things over the years. They're good Christian people.

Yes - We do connect with our neighbors.  We moved into this neighborhood last spring, and we gave all our neighbors a small Christmas bag of goodies.  That seemed to cement our relationship in the neighborhood.  Even if I don't really 'like' a neighbor, I feel like I want to be friendly.  Who knows - you may need them someday

I don't get to talk to them much - there is one woman who lives next door I see from time to time, but not often at all.

We're friendly.  We always wave as we go by and stop and talk even if we are out and about.  I usually see my neighbors at Walmart!  there is an apartment complex across the street and I know a few there, but most  of us have lived in this neighborhood 20+ years.  It's kind of nice knowing that everyone keeps an eye out for you and you for them!

Not very much except to say hi. It's hard to get away from one lady if we ever start talking so I tried to avoid that if possible.

I talk to my neighbors on occasion but it's nothing like when I was growing up.  My parents used to talk to the neighbors for hours.  I will say hi or wave to them if they are outside when I am and speak to me but I do not seek them out to chat.  I am not really a people person either so that may have something to do with it.

I love my neighbors, and the ones that I have any trouble with, I try to give them a chance. I think its important, especially if you have kids the same age, to know your neighbors. I am very close with almost everyone who lives around me and we all look out for each other's well being. It brings comfort and peace of mind to the community and your children.

I only speak to them if they are outside and they catch eye contact with me lol...They are very nice but I only speak to them when I bump into them.

Yes. I think it is important for anyone to talk to your neighbor. I make sure to hail my neighbors and keep good relationships with them.

I'm friendly with my neighbors.  The young couple on one side keeps to themselves mostly - they'll say "hi" over the fence in summers and have helped snow blow my driveway in winter a few times.  The man who is my back yard neighbor is the same and has offered to loan me his lawn equipment to help with grass along the fencing.

My neighbors on the other side I've had more interaction with - they've come over to my house for holiday parties I hold, we chat outside.  One I regularly coordinate with to watch each others' houses when we're on vacation.  We sometimes go for evening walks during summer months too.  They also help me keep my sidewalks cleared of snow in the winter too.

Haven't gotten to know the neighbors across the street yet, but maybe someday.
