No, it was a direct deposit and not a mailed check option. I've already re-faxed and letting it go for now, if FusionCash denies me a third time in a row then will try to use paypal account. I really don't know why they rejected the first fax - it really was a blown up HD image of driver's license and all information matches.

BTW since the email was from support - support already knows about this, opening up another report on the same issue would make me look crazy. It wouldn't be effective to keep making duplicate complaints over and over again. 

Once I get my money - IF I get my money - I'm closing FusionCash account completely. If I don't get the money at all then will complain to some government agency that oversee internet businesses. I would have to complain the the Attorney General of whatever state FusionCash Headquarters is located.

I do not like being ripped off. I've calmed down, but I won't forget and will pursue this action to the full extent of the law. You have no idea how long I hold grudges and my usual revenge is via internet beefing such as this thread. You may have not called my a liar and the cause of my own victimization - but the other posters did quite clearly and explicitly have done so.

You are not getting ripped off - its an aggravating situation but to say you are getting ripped off is not accurate.  I and  the person that referred me had a similar situation but it finally got resolved.  FC has no reason to want to rip their members would just fade out of business - they just have policies and procedures that have to be followed as far as identity and whatever.  I was aggravated as well but just work with them, they are very good about getting things resolved.

If you are using direct deposit is there some chance there was an error in your routing number or account number?

I am sorry that you are having a problem but I have cashed out four times and received my money by check in the mail.  I actually have enough to cash out again.  Just take a written check that way you also have proof of payment to get your $1 bonus for a snap shot.  The government is really streak when it comes to who the person is.  Just give it time.

Your usual revenge? Sounds like you might do this a lot, meaning that the problem probably is with you, and not FC. I've seen posts on different forums in the past, accusing various sites of being scams. It's usually the same people over and over who seem to have problems with everything. Holding grudges and getting revenge are not good motives to make any AG want to listen to you. Sure doesn't boost your image as an innocent victim.

If you are having problems with direct deposit, try using PayPal. I use it and don't have any problems with it. For PayPal you don't have tofax your ID.

This is total B.S. it seems to me that FusionCash simply want people to work for free because I checked my account and the information on it is identical to the fax of my DRIVER's license which is legal PHOTO ID.  This is BULLSHeeT!!!!!

The email I got back was that

Im very disappointed. Fusion is does pay my friend, i am a member since December last year and i got my first check by mail
on febuary. And march last month i was late to cash out and i'm looking forward to cashout on may. But my question for you is why doing
fax when there is a very easyway to recieve your cashout? Paypal is free to sign up or request check by mail. Checks take more couple days but paypal is right after you request cashout but they have to approve first. Faxing and those informations that those scam artist asking

The problem is much more likely to be due to user error than the company not wanting to pay you ,especially when they sent out payments today. It does sound like you want to be seen as a victim. It's rare that people are asked to go through this process and you're the only one I've seen do this much complaining about a conspiracy of it's because they don't want to pay you.

I hope that when you do get paid that you can happily leave the site and get on with your life

Thanks for all the advice but no  - support did not say it was a routing problem nor suggested that I use paypal it said the problem was:

There is something wrong with FusionCash because the Driver's license was HD blown up 7 inches, the information is complete, readable and matches account, I used the FusionCash cover page and I did sign my name.

I would think that if there was a problem with account routing that FusionCash would have said so - wouldn't you? I find it very weird that a legal instrument accepted by the police is not acceptable to FusionCash. Does FusionCash have higher standard of identification that the U.S. Government itself?

I don't think so.

Perhaps FusionCash sent me a canned message by mistake. If having a problem with account routing wouldn't the canned email suggest perhaps Paypal or snail mail?

As far as being tough online: I'm a hard woman to please - and even harder to look at. Normally I am OK - I just don't like being bamboozled with conflicting information that is coming from FusionCash. The unawareness of the posters who never ever seen such a demand for identification tells me that the the very asking of faxed ID is odd and unusual in the first place.

I'm not being 'tough' or a jerk when I do everything as I was told and still get rejected for payment that I earned. There has to be another reason - what is it and why aren't they telling me? How would you feel it this happened to you? Wouldn't you feel foolish that you have been conned? How about if worked at Dominoes and the place just closed up and didn't pay anybody any wages at all? You would feel righteous anger.

As far and the judgement of me doing this beefing online for a living using a ad hominem fallacy by ladavia89 & southernhorizons  [/b] - it appears that personal attacks on me from posters seems that they doth protest too much and are probably FusionCash damage control posters.  Damage control of bad publicity be shaming me seems to be the motivation of those two poster.

If I do get paid - I vow to retract, and apologize. If I don't I will follow up on this thread. 

Perhaps those who have been with FusionCash for a very long time are taken care and treated better because they are legacy workers and a noobies like me are not?  Maybe Fusioncash has a cash flow problem for payroll - who knows for what since nobody has told me a viable explanaton.

I'm sorry about the ID rejection you encountered.
I was the one who processed that ID and although I zoomed in to 800%, I simply could not read a single letter on the drivers license.  I know you enlarged it, but it still came out totally black on our end.
Unfortunately the second ID you submitted has the same problem.
Normally we don't do this, but if you can send a SCAN image of your ID to support@fusioncash.net as an attachment, I will process it.

Remember, we have to be able to prove to the IRS that all paid FC members are unique and real people.  That's why, when we (or the system) observes irregularities, we require faxed ID.  This is all covered in the Terms of Service to which you agreed upon registration.  Upon submission of readable ID, you will be eligible for payment.

EDIT:  I try to avoid locking topics which are critical of FC, since people will say we silence our supporters.  However, the language, attitude and personal attacks (in most every post) are flagrant violations of the forum rules, so locked it will be.
