I can't believe the performance Miley Cyrus did on the VMA.  I believe the network should have censored her performance.  Just goes to show how vulgar our youth have become and it is being accepted.  I knew Billy Ray and Tish before Billy Ray became "famous".  Needless to say, Miley (or Ariel, as her real name use to be) is her mother's daughter.  Tish use to do a well known pole dance at a local strip club before she & Billy Ray hooked up.

Miss Miley has been heading down this path for quite some time now, so this display of pure trash is really not a surprise. I am sadly disappointed that this very talented young lady has taken the decision to create the image of the Star *bleep* of Day.

She should realize that 'shock' is not new, Madonna and Gaga have already worn this garbage out and it does not need a replacement participant.

It is truly sad that this already successful and wealthy beyond belief girl desires this image. I cannot imagine the warped mind that thinks this is a good image of ones self.

The big losers here are all the young girls that have idolized her and admired her. Horrors to think of what influence this will all have on them. Today's parenting is so lame in many cases that this will really have a deleterious result in many young lives.

I think her act was completely disgusting and can't understand why they allowed it on tv.  I wonder what her parents really think of their daughter, if she were mine I would be so embarrassed.  She is a disgrace to young girls who "want to be like her'.  She did get what she wanted, people talking about her, I guess she doesn't care if it's good or bad, as long as they talk about her.  How sad.

Even for a PR stunt she really made herself look bad and Thicke being a grown man should have not went along with this, I know they practiced and did before show runs so he should have said something. She has expressed that she does weed and I do believe she does other drugs, she is headed for a train wreck. I wonder what Liam thinks about this behavior. well I know that was  wrong of her to do that when there are young girls watching but she is not a little girl anymore I think it is just for show like her job is to get the people talking so she make money.
