I thought that I would cook an easy dinner tonight. Stir-fry teriyaki beef and for a side probably some fried rice with mixed vegetables. I have cooked big meals for the last two weeks and I'm feeling a little lazy today. What are you having for Dinner tonight?

I'll probably make some pasta and garlic bread, veggies. It's pretty much the only thing I can make quick that my daughter and I will both eat lol

Tuna casserole for us tonight.  Husband has a church meeting so I'm cooking something simple.  We don't eat it too often but usually enjoy it.

Left overs.  I made chicken and potatoes last night.. made enough so I would have enough for today.
Easy Peasy.

I think we will have deep fried catfish nuggets, yellow squash and a green salad with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and red onions with greek salad dressing.
