How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

I finally got 7 hours of sleep last night. Wow, that was well deserved. I usually get less than that every night. I feel much better today.

I'm a night person and for some reason the time that I should spend sleeping, I spend up all night thinking and tossing and turning.

I think somewhere around 3 or 4- my sons slept with me because it was thundering and one sleeps so wild it's ridiculous lol By the time I thought to put him at the other end of the bed he was already sleep and although he's just 7 he's very heavy to move, especially when sleep. So I just toughed it out. That's the life of a mommy- and I love it.

TO be honest, I probably received 7-8 hours, usually I am a 5.5- 6 hours, I think im going to start cutting back on coffee

This is a good post to get your 30 posting just answering it everyday.But i enjoy having my posts mean something.My sleep is erratic and i am to blame for that.I know this....when i sleep well and get enuff i feel good the next day.........
