I wish my memory was as good as it use to be, sometimes I cannot remember what I had for breakfast the same day.

I'm reliant on my phone and e-mail calendar to keep me posted on things. I leave a lot of notes in many different ways, but do not attempt to try to remember them as I use to as I cannot keep things as memory as before.

No not really. I'm 46 and whilst I don't have any problems helping my sons with their math homework which I recall very well from school days, sometimes I struggle to remember someone's name or even recall where I know them from. If I see an actor on tv whom I'm convinced I've seen before, I can never remember which tv program or movie I saw them in. I can remember the finest detail about what ingredients go into a specific recipe and by what amount, but then forget to get that ingredient from the store.

I have two children. My memory is pretty much destroyed. As is my ability to focus and many other things.

Mine seems better and better each day which is not always a good thing. I am starting to remember things that have happen just how they happened which is kind of scary. :-X

I don't have a great memory. I use all kinds of aids to help myself remember things. I think the worst is when you are talking to someone and can't remember something that you know you know but it just won't come.

It's may not be what it used to be but it's still a very useful asset to have. :-)

No, not at all. It's worse. It was never that great to begin with, but there were certain types of things I remembered well, and easily then of course other things I struggled with but now I struggle with everything. And I mean EVERYTHING.  :(
