My mother-in-law makes the best fried chicken in the world.  She still uses the iron skillets to fry it in.  The gravy that follows the fried chicken is unbelievably great!  She's only been cooking for 75 years now.

I like both, but since I'm trying to eat healthy I'll choose baked.

I like to wash my chicken off, then coat it in bread crumbs and bake it at 375 degrees for 1 hour. We call it Shake n' Bake chicken and it is very popular in this house. We have it a lot served with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. Yummy!

Fried is better....but baked is healthier..and since I am trying to lose some weight,I have to go with baked for now...

I never fry chicken.  It's either baked, boiled or broiled.

I don't fry it myself but bake it because it's easier.  If I'm at KFC, Popeye's, etc. then it's fried.

I like them both.      My truly favorite kind of chicken is braised chicken. It has more the texture of fried, but it's not as bad for you. Plus, it tastes great. I'd like to learn how to cook it at home. Yum!
