Late Night Snack

I try not to eat real late at night either. Sometimes you just need to eat some thing though. I usually crave something sweet but I don't usually eat candy or chocolate at night. For something sweet I like honey nut cheerios. It's enough sweetness for me to satisfy my craving for the rest of the night.

  Sometimes I have a bowl of cereal, sometimes I have a scoop of ice cream or sherbert.  In fact a few times, I have gotten up at 3 or 4 in the morning and had a little cereal or piece of chocolate or toast.

For a late nite snack, I usually go for sugar!  Which I know is the worst thing to eat late at night (and carbs are bad too), but it's fills the craving. I too like to eat a bowl of cereal - definitely not the healthy kind either.

lately its been mac and cheese with tuna mixxed in.  Warmed up pizza is great too!

i have a snack every night either fruit cgews or nuts!

I had to forego late night snacks because they caused too much weight gain. Now I try not to eat anything past 7 pm.
Every time I want a snack, I reach for a bottle of water instead. It keeps the full feeling alive and it doesn't cause weight gain either.

I know this is not a healthy late night snack, but I love to eat a bowl of ice cream or a bowl of cereal while relaxing and watching TV.

that sounds good. i just mostly crave cookies. it doesn't matter which ones just as long as they are cookies.

If a glass of water doesn't cut it, then it depends on if it's sweet or salty I'm seeking.  If sweet, I try a small dish of raisins, if salty, I'll snack on a few tortilla chips or crackers.

Ohhh, I try so very hard not to eat anything late at night, it is not good for you. Now with that being said, I used to love a good pizza at night while watching a good movie.

My late night snack is almost always ice cream! Be it ice cream in a bowl, an ice cream cone, an ice cream bar or a flavored malt, as long as it is ice cream! Iv'e been snacking late night on ice cream for years and my friends still can not believe how skinny I am. Go figure!
