What are some of your suggestions for using old blue jeans.  I have tried making bags from the top but I don't need that many bags.

Ive seen people make oven mits out of the back pockets of jeans but how many of those do you need too. Try searching it on Pinterest. I bet youll find a thousand different things on there.

I make shorts with them and the parts I cut off I use to patch other jeans that have holes in them mostly the ones I or hubby wear around the house or doing chores in the yard.

This probably sounds cheesy but I take my old jeans and make shorts out of them or I cut them up if i need rags or something.

I am not very crafty at all, with my old jeans I just take them to the goodwill.

I appreciate the replies.  I guess I'm headed to some of the DIY sites for some other ideas.  Then I will sit down and put some of that into practice after I am through FC.

I usually give mine to Goodwill. But I've seen some rather cute quilts made out of jeans.  I made a purse one time, but I made it smaller so people would think I have a smaller butt.  It was a good purse, but I don't think I fooled anybody with the size.  Worth a try, though

Pinterest will have tons of ideas for you.  I have seen bags like you mentioned, and hot pads for the kitchen as well as quilts and rag rugs.
