It might be more mental fatigue than physical.

Fist of all I congratulate you for going to church and visiting your inlaws

Family time is priceless! Maybe you had too much to eat, that makes me sleepy and if there was too much talking going on, your energy goes down. It's good to relax on Sunday afternoon, so you get recharged and ready to start a new week.

I have never felt like that when I did go to church.  Always felt energized and thankful for another day.

I too sometimes notice this especially during the winter.

We go to church and then out to my dads and visit there, seems like I just can't get anything done at home on Sundays I usually get some thing done out at his house.  I most of the time will cook up small meals at home and then he has something different during the week. But this past week we have spent almost the whole week with him. Doctor on Monday (out of town) and then shopping.  out the next day to make sure he is eating only light meals then wed. back out getting him prepped for his colonoscopy  then back to doctor on Thursday for it and then brought him home. Brother out today with him. But he is ok.
