This is a good question.
And other European countries. I've found one person in the States I know to sign up this year :/
I know several people online(all overseas) that would like this place.
I'm just guessing that the site is US only(maybe Canada too).
It would be cool if it's not :)

Oh, ok. I'm in the U.S. but i had thought that only the ones you need to order somethign are only U.S. i thought the free offers where for all, thanks :D
