i think i have probably had about 6 glasses today plus a large tea from mcdonalds --i try to drink water everyday --sometimes i get bored with water and add flavoring tho

I think I drink about 4 cups a day.  I read recently that "experts" say we do not need to drink as much water as was previously thought.  However, I will still drink as much water as I can.

Usually I would drink about 4-6, except for today I believe I'm on maybe two.

I drink between a gallon and a half and two gallons a day.  I try to drink as much water as possible and I do believe that is a huge key to our health.

I did not drink any cups of water today.. I just cant seem to drink the water I am supposed to drink every day... I can sure drink the coffee but not the water.

Water is one of my favorites drinks and what I drink most days.  I normally drink six to eight - 16 oz. bottles of water a day.  It's so good especially when it's cold.

I drink anywhere from 5 to 10 cups of water per day, depending upon the time of year. During the summer, I drink a lot more water than during the winter.

Right now the doctors want me to put as much water as I can into my system. I am drinking about a gallon a day. I do not like city water, but buying that many bottles of water really cost. Once a day though I cheat and drink about 8 0zs. of weak tea. I am not suppose to drink tea, coffee or soda (don't drink anyway) or eat chocolate.  I will be seeing the Dotors Monday and hopefully I will get some good answers.

Not as much as before. I don't think I ever was able to consistently hit the 8 glasses a day mark, but now I'm even worse. I might be doing about 2 to 3 glasses, but I drink a lot of other things including coffee.

Not as much as I should. Even though water is my main drink of choice, sometimes I still don't get enough. I've found that eating foods with water content can also supply me with water.
