I do not do the cell phone offers. Many times they want to send you a verification via text messaging. I did one of these once ad was charged $9.99 a month for a worthless subscription that was very difficult to canel. It can also get expensive if you do not have unlimited text messaging available.

I don't mean to be snide, but I really did not know that there were people ovr 15 wothout a cell phone! Like granny said, "Ya learn somethin new everyday."
