I love sweet potatoes, sweet potato fries, mashed potatoes, scallop potatoes, and potatoes cooked with butter. Oh and regular French fries. Can't ever go wrong with those!

I absolutely love my potatoes mashed...or fried (occasionally). Coincidentally, I had mashed potatoes yesterday evening.
