Charcoal or propane ?

Charcoal, we don't own a propane grill.

HONESTLY, charcol is the best way to cook food and grants  most flaovor

Charcoal has carcinogens and the lighter fluid is not good for you either. Gas grill all the way! You can use different spices to make your taste buds water. Charcoal leaves a weird chalky taste. Think about it.

We use gas,but i like charcoal

We prefer charcoal for sure.... just better tasting and smelling... and gives the REAL idea of bbq.... but we are in an apartment where charcoal is not allowed.... so we use propane and are happy anyway....
