I just bought a meatloaf pan. Fall's soothing foods. I put a whole eggs, season bread pieces, or just with different meat like lamb, beef, pork sliced topped with gravvvvvvvvvy yum.

I use hamburger meat, onion soup mix, an egg, bell peppers and a half pack of tomato sauce, salt and pepper, soda crackers to hold it together. finally I spread ketchup across the top. I cook it on 375 for two hours.

I don't typically make meatloaf. I did make one once that was stuffed with pepperjack cheese and it was really good!

I mix beef and pork, add some french fried onions, white cheddar crackers crushed, salt, pepper, 1 egg

I once started a monday night meat loaf club, a silly reason to hang out with friends !! We did pass of new recipes each week !!

Ground beef, sometimes add pork. Combine and add eggs, bread crumbs, tomato juice, celery, onions, salt, pepper. Top with ketchup and and cook for an hour. It's my mom's recipe and it's delicious.

I also reheat slices of meat loaf in V-8. It's scrumptious. 

Goes without saying that now you have to add some mashed potatoes for a true meat and potato lover's meal.

It was funny, when I first saw this post, I was thinking of the singer. I don't really like meatloaf. It is just not my thing.

I just put in  ground beef, sometimes some port, chicken or  turkey  ground of course, some onion, sliced celery, tomato juice  or sauce sometime  green peppers, oh what ever stricks my fancy.  I have to make extra as hubby likes sandwich's made with meatloaf . Oh yeah mushrooms.
