Hello,

I faxed the documents to support my legal name change, and still havent received a response on cashing out. Ive been trying to cash out since August, can someone please help me get this money?

Give it a week or so and email them about it.  Just do not do whole bunch of email's.  Be patient and it will be fixed.

I'm sorry, but I too, believe you'll just have to be patient, there are so many members and we don't know for sure how many people they have for staff, well, at least I don't, but I think they work as fast as they can to resolve all members questions. Just keep earning and when they get to you, you'll have a lot built up! Good luck
