Heck no, I hate infomercials. Now the products they sell are sometimes amusing.

I've seen quite a few infomercials. In fact, most of the time, I watch them when I cannot sleep and there is nothing interesting on the television (during the late night to early morning hours). Thankfully, I have never purchased any products that were advertised. Some of them appeared too good to be true for my taste.

Not me. But there are some cooking products I really wanted to buy after seeing them on infomercials.

One of our local TV channels has a "Does It Really Work?"  segment once a week. They buy these As Seen on TV thingies and take them to private homes, restaurants, garages, car places, etc. for whatever the product is and have them test it. Thumbs down if it doesn't work as advertised and thumbs up if the people testing like it. I haven't found one item I would want to buy...except for the pressure cooker I saw twice yesterday, but can't afford. which solved that impulse to buy. :)

The products they do are the $19.95 ones like the flashlight you can't break, etc. This past week they did the microwave lid that stays in the microwave with magnets. I missed the test!

good idea for a show! I would be curious to see if these products work. There are ones that seem interesting but I have never given in and bought one for obvious reasons.

I haven't ordered anything off of TV infomercials. Usually I just research it and don't end up buying it.

No I've never seen the Crepe Erase ad but I'd like to know what it is for. Can you explain what it is? I have bought makeup from makeup infomercials on TV before. I am particularly likely to fall for ones from the IT cosmetic company. But no, I haven't been please with what I order. It is way overpriced for what it actually is.

I've been thinking about this (even though I replied earlier). Yes, I used to buy from infomercials a long time ago. i bought floor cleaner/renewal stuff. Didn't make a difference.

I had the urge to buy a Red Copper fry pan but my son gave me one for Christmas. The first thing I made was eggs and they almost wound up on the floor due to the slipperiness of the pan. After that, foods stuck in one section just like regular pans, so I don't expect "burned food" to roll out so easy like she shows. i don't know why only one part isn't like the rest. I followed the instructions when I first got the pan.  I still use the pan but it's not like they showed on TV.

No.  No matter how many times an item is being advertised, If it's something I don't like it doesn't matter or even If I like it, I don't do impulse buys.

It depends on if it’s useful to me.
I read the reviews.

I never watch them.  Don't want to be tempted to spend money.  I do buy from QVC occasionally though.
