Religious practices are a very personal choice.
Do not forget: All have free will to choose what
they want to do with their lives.

I think that depends on the people in the church. Sometimes we can meet people who encourage us and we like seeing every week for that support. Then there are times when there are people who go to church (and families) who look like the Cleavers, but they leave church and do inappropriate things, like have affairs, etc. I watch it online most of the time now.

I have not been going to church as much as I want to, but I pray everyday. I think it is great to go to church so you can get out and worship with others, but I don't think you are a bad christian if you do not go to church.

I don't go to church every Sunday. Unfortunately, I work many Sundays, but I can worship on my own as well as in a church.

It really depends on the person, but I've been going consistently since April and I've been happier ever since.

Does anyone think that attending church every Sunday is a necessity as a Christian? Or can church live in us? Having devotions in the privacy of your home?

The Bible says you are to assemble yourselves together. You are suppose to go to church. No, I don't think you will go to Hell if you do not but most people who "have devotions in the privacy of their own home" watch a tv preacher while playing Candy Crush on their iPad and call that having church.  I dated a guy once that went hiking a lot on Sunday and he said he "worshiped God in nature".  Uhm Okay.

I happen to believe that Nature provides some of the closest spiritual union with a Supreme Being.  One of the great freedoms in this country is freedom of religion.  When you study different religions, many have common core principles.
When I am in the beauty of nature, I feel closest to that Supreme Being, not in a church.  In fact, that is where I sometimes feel the furthest from Divinity.  I, for one, am not a fan of organized religion!

No I don't think so, there are many people  who perhaps because of health reasons are unable to attend  every Sunday, their faith is still strong but physically they cannot make it to church.
