INBOX DOLLARS
« on: May 22, 2020, 07:47:00 am »
Several have posted that they use Inbox Dollars.  I have thought about signing up for this again because I have $3 in Send Earnings and I can transfer it over and not just lose it.  I was reading and you do have several options for receiving your pay. On the PayPal when reading about it - it says you may be charged a fee by PayPal.  Do any of you who get paid with PayPal through Inbox Dollars get charged a fee or do you get paid the full amount you cashed out for?

I have been charged a fee where another site pays me.  The fee is charged by PayPal.

Also, I went ahead and set up the Inbox account and when I tried to transfer the money it says since the IB has a higher balance they do not recommend I do it and that the balance will be set to which every account is higher. SO it sounds like you will lose money in one of the accounts.  I thought others said the balance was just transferred over.

I don’t know how to answer that.  I had about $15 in inbox and close to $25 in send earnings.  It transferred ok for me.  Hope that helps.  I’m hoping you don’t loose your money, we work hard to get it and it’s a shame if we loose it for a reason like that.

I am going back and forth with support. I sent a screen shot of what I see when I click to transfer. I think the issue is because I just opened IB today.

Do any of you who get paid with PayPal through Inbox Dollars get charged a fee or do you get paid the full amount you cashed out for?

I have been charged a fee where another site pays me.  The fee is charged by PayPal.

When I hit around 30 bucks and want to cash out, they will waive the three dollar fee if you reach 40 bucks in a month. The only other site I can remember that charged a fee was onlycashsurveys as soon as I hit 50 bucks. What actually entered my account was $47.50 every time.

I cashed out in April from Inbox Dollars. I got the full amount in Paypal, no fee.

inbox no longer charges the $3.00 to cash out, they changed it months ago. Permanent change it seems.

You did not understand. Depending on HOW they send the money PAY PAL charges a fee.  The site that sends it does not.   I am only working with about 3 sites right now. And one use to when you cashed out the total went to PayPal.  The last time I cashed out it was about $3 plus short. I emailed them and after a lot of back and forth figured out PP is who is charging a fee because it was paid as "goods and services".

We figured out what the issue is.  You had to already have been a Inbox Dollars member to be able to transfer the money.

You misunderstood. I was trying to find out if PayPal charged a fee for you to get your money. Depending on how they send it that can happen.  It is good to know they do not charge the $3 fee.  Even if they give it back to you in the next earning period you still eventually will lose that $3.
